Plenary Session 1: Reimagining Hospitality and Tourism in the New Normal This plenary theme broaches on new opportunities unfolding in the hospitality and tourism trade vis-á-vis COVID-19 as an accelerant. It calls for revolutionary ideas from adoption of technology, AR, VR, robotics, to the way we approach data analytics and the soft touch required to make the difference.
